We sell handcrafted candles and related products.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We currently accept secure online prepaid payments only.

All prices listed on the website are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice.

Dynamic Currency Exchange fees may apply by YOUR BANK in case of using international debit or credit cards in a different currency than UAE Dirham, we do not collect such fees.   


5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times provided are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Additional delivery charges may apply for failed deliveries or incorrect addresses.


6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy available on the website.


7. Candle Safety & Proper Use

By purchasing our candles, you agree to use them responsibly.

Important safety guidelines:

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended
  • Keep away from children and pets
  • Keep away from flammable materials
  • Burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface
  • Stop use when little wax remains
  • Follow included care instructions if provided

We are not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safe candle practices.


8. Product Storage

Candles should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or excessive heat.

We are not responsible for melting, discoloration, or product changes caused after delivery due to improper storage.


9. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, product names, images, text, and branding belongs to Wien Candles and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wien Candles shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
