1. Delivery Locations

We currently ship to all locations within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

2. Processing Time

All prepaid orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

4. Shipping Fee

We offer a flat shipping rate of AED 19 for all orders delivered anywhere within the UAE.

This fee will be added at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Tracking details may be provided by email once your order has been dispatched, when available.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate.

If delivery fails due to incorrect details or inability to contact the customer, re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours.

We currently accept online prepaid payments only through secure payment gateways.

Cash on Delivery is not available.
